Delivery Time:
It is important to know that much of what we sell on Analog planet is hand-built, "boutique" equipment. As such, it is quite likely that the item is not on-hand in immediate inventory, or often there is a waiting period on orders from the factory. Do NOT assume that if you go through the shopping-cart process on this site that the item(s) are going to ship immediately.

Analog Planet Return and Refund Policies:
1) TEN DAY HASSLE-FREE RETURN POLICY!
If you find you simply do not like or want the item, new or used, you may return it within ten business days for 100% store credit , or refund . The shipping cost you originally paid us to ship the item to you will not be refunded or credited. Additionally, you must pay the return shipping cost to send the item back to Analog Planet. The item must be in as-new or as-recieved condition, with original box, manual, accessories and packing materials. Upon reciept of the item, Analog Planet will inspect and test the item for faults, which can take five to ten business days. Upon clearing inspection without issues, the refund or store-credit will be given . If the item is found to have faults, damage or any cosmetic or functionality issues, store-credit or refund amount will be reduced accordingly. This may also delay the turnaround time on the refund while damage and repair costs are determined. Items CAN NOT BE RETURNED without prior arrangement and an RA (Return Authorization) Number. RA number can be obtained by calling or emailing Analog Planet during normal business hours, which are M-F 9 am to 6 pm Eastern Time. See below.
Items returned after ten business days are subject to a 15% restocking fee for cash refunds, 7% restocking on store-credit.
After 30 days, refunds or credit will be evaluated on a per-case basis.
Refunds will be applied to whatever method was used for payment. If credit-card was used, refund will be credited back to the same card.
2) " My new item is broken or malfunctioning"
With a NEW item that is not working properly right out of the box, the course of action is to utilize the manufacturer's warranty. Accordingly, Analog Planet will make arrangements for warranty service through the manufacturer. All the manufacturers warranty policies and language will apply, meaning that if the issue is not covered by warranty, eg. was user error, damage due to mis-use, or a component that is not covered (like vacuum-tube failure), you may still be subject to charges. Often, the manufacturer will only cover return shipping of the item back to the customer. Shipping TO the manufacturer is often the responsibility of the buyer, you.
