Craft Recordings Reissues Collective Soul's Triple Platinum Sophomore Album On Vinyl, Celebrating 25th Anniversary

Craft Recordings recently announced the first ever on vinyl release of Collective Soul's 1994 eponymously titled sophomore album as well as a vinyl reissue of the album's 1993 debut album hints allegations & things left unsaid. The CD reissue includes six bonus tracks

Though Collective Soul peaked at #23 on the Billboard 200, it spent 76 weeks on the chart and was eventually certified triple-platinum by the RIAA. George Horn and Anne-Marie Suenram mastered the debut album, while SST in Germany mastered the second album. The press release did not divulge sources, which usually means digitally sourced. The Georgia-based group had their own take on that era's grunge sound.

Shine is well done, but they don't sound very unique to me.

Agreed...Toto IV is to me the classic example of 80s wallpaper but it still sells like crazy at used record stores...It will be interesting to see how some of these 90s "Never Released on Vinyl" titles do in the marketplace....
