FMU Record Fair This Weekend Now in Brooklyn, NY

The FMU Record Fair—always a well-attended international affair—moves from Fall to Spring and from Manhattan to Brooklyn, NY this weekend, May 1st to May 3rd.

Hours are 7-10PM Friday May 1st, and 10AM-7PM Saturday and Sunday. Admission is $7.00.

Admission is free that you are hopeless addicted to vinyl, don't need more records, have thousands you've never played and probably never will, but nonetheless you will be at the FMU Record Fair.

Early admission on Friday (4PM-7PM) plus admission to the fair Saturday and Sunday costs $25.00

The fair is at the Brooklyn Expo Center, 79 Franklin St., between Noble and Oak, Brooklyn 11222.

I'd be there Friday for early admission (though probably I should seek early admission to Bellevue for going in the first place!) but I have a previous commitment (no pun intended!). So I'll see you there on Saturday morning. I was going to weed (not the same as "going to pot"), but the Record Fair takes precedence!

I wish I had a big record fair near me. If I had records you have and a thousand of them I have not played and such, I too would still attend. We can call it an anti-crack addiction (we don't do cracked records).
I wish I could attend with you, it would be fun and educational.
Hey, actually by going to the record fair you are still weeding technically because you have to get into the weeds to get the little gems....see what I did there? Go have fun!

...is that the L train is shut down for the weekend. That makes it difficult to get to the the show on Saturday and Sunday. They will probably take a big hit on attendance.

Well, that could also be good as there will be more records for Michael to look at and purcha......uh, no, wait...that might not be good. LOL!
