"Neil Young Live at The Cellar Door" Coming On 180g Reprise Vinyl
Culled from a six night stand at Washington, D.C.'s The Cellar Door between November 30th and December 2nd 1970 a few months after the release of After The Gold Rush, Neil Young Live At The Cellar Door includes solo acoustic performances of "Tell Me Why," "Only Love Can Break Your Heart," "Birds," "Don't Let It Bring You Down" and the title track as well as Buffalo Springfield's "Expecting To Fly", "I Am A Child" and "Flying On The Ground Is Wrong." Also included are "Old Man", which would appear two years later on Harvest as well as "Cinnamon Girl" and "Down By The River" from Young's 1969 classic Everybody Knows This is Nowhere.
Young produced with engineering by the late, great Henry Lewy (!). Mastering is by Chris Bellman at Bernie Grundman Mastering, pressed by Pallas in Germany.
