Utrecht Record Fair This Weekend—Coverage on Analogplanet.com and via Twitter

No, that is not a photoshopped picture. That's the Utrecht, the Netherlands Record Fair. It's the world's largest and I'll be there this weekend for the debut of "Passion For Vinyl" (I think that's the title!) a book about our love for vinyl.

The book is the brainchild of Ton Vermeulen, owner of the Record Industry pressing plant located in Haarlem outside of Amsterdam. I, along with many vinyl fans around the world, was interviewed for the book and I wrote the forward.

I leave today and will be tweeting and GoPro Camera-ing from the fair. I might even buy a few records! Follow on @analogplanet and of course on this site.

If you will be in the New York metro area this weekend don't miss the WFMU record fair Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday. It was cancelled due to Hurricane Sandy last year so the pent up vinyl demand should produce a frenzy!
