It's official: The recently released Sanctuary Kinks albums were mastered by Kevin Gray from the original Pye master tapes. Gray just got permission to reveal this.

I was a guest today on Evan Toth's WFDU (Fairleigh Dickenson University) radio show. Mr. Toth called recently and asked if I'd like to be on his show, which runs on the Internet and I said "sure". His show is called "Garden State Sound" and features music by New Jersey artists.

This year's Newport show was easily the best yet, in great part because of the new Hotel Irvine venue—a much larger and more "user friendly" hotel than the previous dual-hotel location. The attendance was way up, too.
