Vertere Acoustics Turntable Line Demoed by Designer Touraj Moghaddam

Like T.H.E. Show at The Flamingo Hotel during the International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, High End Munich has a parasitic "outboard" show, this year held at the Marriott. I went there specifically to visit Touraj Moghaddam and check out his Vertere line of turntables and especially his reference $20K+ pick-up arm. Mr. Moghaddam, late of Roksan, is an analog veteran with a longstanding reputation for innovation.

In addition to the Vertere turntables, the system consisted of FM Acoustics electronics and PMC loudspeakers. Overall, I felt it was if not the best sound I heard in Munich, among the best I heard. There is something to be said for hotel room over convention hall acoustics, though the Munich Convention Center (MOC) does have very good sounding, large rooms on the upper levels.

Many thanks for posting this great video. Will you be sharing your thoughts on its sound in more detail? Any plans for a review?
